Walkability to Perth CBD was great. Great views of the Swan. Clean and safe, family friendly area - lots to do during Christmas break when we visited (mini carnival). Small water park and play park for kids. Short walk for good coffee (Post or Petition). Avoid Milky Lane downstairs. Terrible service.
