The hotel was in a lovely spot. It’s on the edge of the residential area next to the sea and very quiet. There is a warm salt water pool as part of the complex that’s free to use (think lap/kid pool). The deep blue spring hot pools are part of the same complex and can be accessed off the lobby but entry fee is extra. We went to the evening session and thought it was well worth the $$. The hotel and pools were clean, well maintained and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Great penthouse however with kids around who loves family movie time at night before bed was a bit disappointing as we cannot access any streaming like netflix because your only choice is to buy or rent kovie from their tv menu. Staff were helpful tho.

Great location and beautiful hotel on the Great ocean road. Wish we had more time there and in the area. We were a family of six traveling and the three bedroom was perfect. Heaps of space.
