We booked a family room which consisted of 2 co-joined extra large studio suites. Very surprised and pleased with the room/s and very affordable. Didn’t expect it to be so spacious and perfect for a family of 4. We have found ourselves a new favourite hotel whenever we stay in Melbourne.

We only stayed for 1 night. But it really catered for my family of 4 (with 2 small kids). Staff were great from check-in to check-out. Really appreciated they were responsive if we had any questions. Loved that there was a kitchenette with plates and cutleries, etc. bathroom was decent, beds were comfy and a great cafe around the corner called Mr Percival. Also helpful they offered to store our luggage for a few hours post check-out to explore the area before we had to catch flight in the evening. We will definitely stay again!

At first appearance nice. However the issue with the room is is done not cater for a person who is small in stature. I could not reach any of the crockery. So I was unable to make a cup of tea until my grandchild climbed up on a chair for me. Sadly the next day after room service finished, again I was unable to reach the crockery. Not enough tea bags as it appears they were not replaced.
I also paid the extra fee to have a late check out due to a meeting. I was disturb dyeing the meeting as the staff member did not check my status.
I would not stay there again.

Incredible impressed by this property, stylish, clean, big rooms, very clean and quiet. Free tram right out the front with free tram into the city. Staff were helpful with booking taxis for us. The beds were like an actual cloud and the two tvs in the room were great for the kiddos. We will be back - Thankyou

Handy location for our needs during our stay. Room not as clean when we first stayed. Our child found a mouldy blueberry on the floor, the shower grout was pink and the doona cover was only placed on top of the doona and you could see all the marks and stains.
