Pullman Adelaide

I stay with my family for one night here and I must say compare to 3 five start properties that I have visited in the past 2 months this was the best experience, the staff was very attentive and courteous, specially Steven. Thank you Steven for making us feel welcome once again, your customer service and your professionalism are authentic and unique.

When I told them the sauna/spa area was overcrowded with kids jumping in the pool and being really noisy, I felt I wasn’t listened too and laughed off as they were teenagers and that’s what they do. I told customer service on checkout what happened and they said I should have told them when it happened. I had done that and it wasn’t even recorded..

Great location and a quiet room, but gloomy with drab, brown furniture…even the artwork was mundane. You had to have the air con running all the time as there was no other way of ventilation. The gym and pool area is pokey and was full of kids whenever I went to use it. Poor value for money and I wouldn’t stay again.

Room was great and hotel was clean. Main reason for picking Pullman was the pool facilities. We wanted a relaxing trip in a high end hotel that we believed would have calm facilities. Pool and hot tub were excellent apart from other guests. A family with children caused repeated disruption using the pool as a playground. Repeated jumping and diving, playing in the hot tub and throwing a beach ball between the pool and the hot tub. Should considering making the hot tub over 18’s only or restricting the hours of the day that children can use the facilities. Should also monitor facilities more and remove children/families causing the disruption. Could see it irritating other guests also and not just ourselves. Room was nice and hotel was clean. Just disappointed we spent the money we did to enjoy the facilities that were overrun by children.
