Airlie Beach Hotel

The family room was very loud and would not stay in there rooms again

Perfect location and family friendly. Close to beach, pools, all excursions and some touristy shopping.

Firstly the greeting was less than freindly, get to the room and the toilet was filthy and had staining. Bathroom floor needs to be scrubbed, airvent was full of dust/fluff. Stains from coffee on the bench and black marks on the doona cover on one bed. For the price it was incredibly disappointing. We had dinner downstairs and my $59 steak (ordered Medium) came out rare. All this after getting attitude off the lady taking the order asking if my kids steak was infact for a kid! i said my Daughter is 7!! We had dinner there 3 weeks previously and on that occasion they came over after 50minutes (wednesday night) and asked if we ordered that they had forgoten to cook our meals. I go to Airlie regularly for business and after the attitude we recieved this time i will NEVER spend another cent at this establishment. Very Very poor service and Value for money.
