Customer service was 10/10, the room was clean, beds were comfy, ammenities great, breakfast perfect for myself and my three kids, location awesome. I felt safe and that anything I needed wasn’t a problem. Really impressed, I feel I got way more for my money than I was honestly expecting. Will definitely be back.

First let me say, the Reception Staff were amazing, you couldn’t have asked for better. However the state of the hotel was well below standard. It smelled of urine, had someone’s hair in the shower, the coffee machine was absolutely rancid. The floors hadn’t been cleaned in what looked like months. Not to mention the other “guests” drinking and playing music all night. Lots of road noise too. Would not recommend for families at all.
