Nice room but very noisy during day with children screaming for hours in pool area Food was really great especially seafood platter great value at $130 took us two nights to eat

Two nights up visiting family in Hervey Bay. The staff here a fabulous. Unfortunately, the lift was not working from the previous week's flooding. Not the hotel's fault. We had to carry our bags up the stairs, but the staff offered to help. We said we were ok. Lovely they offered. Breakfast is a must, Only $20.00 buffet. Had a swim in the pools. Great stay.

Room had damp smell, turns out fridge leaks. This occurred while staying and caused concern of slipping on water. Limited parking, overflow car park up the road and not really convenient for parents with small children or babies. A/C set above comfortable temperature, unable to change. Small and quite unsafe elevator.
