Pretty average. Staff were very nice, but it’s not very clean and a bit tired. No food or drink options after 2030. Was told nothing nearby, but later found out it’s well located only 10 mins walk from city. Homeless drunks camp in the park outside and shout at you and throw cans when you walk past with kids - all hours of the day. Pretty unpleasant people

Room was a reasonable size, bed was nice and firm. Front desk staff were great. Location is great. Did Not Like: could have used a small table on the balcony. Sheets were clean but not that great in terms of quality, almost rough. Noisy!! screaming toddler was the Sunday morning alarm.

We had the worst experience staying there. The air conditioner was so noisy you couldn’t sleep with it on. The room leaked from rain which resulted in carpets all wet and that wet carpet smell. Bathroom had black mould all through it and broken towel railings. Telephone and safe didn’t work. Reception staff unfriendly and yelled at kids. Nothing at all like the picture says. I would never ever recommend someone to stay there.

I liked how spacious the room is, easy access to get into room, beautiful on suite bathroom. Staff nice and friendly. The things that could do with a little improvement. Wifi needs better signal in room Bar and restaurant bit expensive Pool is nice however goes deep very quickly, children might struggling. Breakfast was lovely but consider doing two egg options. Scrambled then perhaps option of fried eggs as well.

Extremely disappointed! We were provided with the closest room to the construction site and were not informed prior to, or upon arrival of the work that commences at 6;45, 6 days a week. The kettle was faulty and almost melted as it did not shutoff when boiled, the safe didn’t work and the shower leaked all over the floor. We asked for additional coffee mugs and were given 2 disposable paper cups. Emailed hotel management and still have not received a reply. Reception staff were able to provide a room swap for the last nights stay so we and the kids could have a decent nights sleep. We stayed at the hotel with a large group and all had similar issues.

Hotel was good and in a nice location with an amazing view. free car parking is also a huge plus. The checkin lady was very pleasant. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. For a family with kids it would be okay but we had 4 adults. The second bedroom was only accessible through the master and we all shared a bathroom so there is absolutely no privacy. We advised there were 4 people but we only had amenities for 2 and having to keep calling down was a bit annoying. There was huge balcony but there were only 2 plastic chairs so a bit disappointing that we had to drag the dining table out side. And there was no light outside so we were in the dark. It could be totally amazing with a bit more furniture and amenities.

We had a three night stay; except for one rowdy night of males and the self proclaimed worst car park in Queensland 😉 our stay was wonderful. All reception staff very helpful. Dee from the restaurant was great, as we have allergies and 3x coeliac family...... yes one of them! We were left very full and prices were good.
