Novotel Sydney Olympic Park

While the foyer was lovely, the floor we stayed on seen much better days (old carpet, paint missing and emergency doors held open with towels). In the room, the beds sagged and there was an obvious and sizeable patch near the bed headboard that was covered in a film of dust. It obviously had not been vacuumed in some time. While the staff were excellent, I paid more so that my family could stay at the Novotel rather than the Ibis next door. Had I known the property quality I would have booked at the ibis instead.

It was a terrible experience to stay in Novotel Sydney Olympic park, Bed and pillows weren’t comfortable, got disturbed from other rooms, almost whole night kids were screaming, people were talking loudly, we couldn’t sleep, complained couple of times In reception but situation remained same, overall it wasn’t a good experience for us

Had an expo at the dome to go to. Novotel Sydney Olympic Park was the best for our family of 4. Had a great time nice and relaxing.

I stayed at this hotel for work, I had breakfast included with my room which was good however they had the music turned up so loud I was unable to have a conversation. The restaurant was full and I could here other guests complaining also. During the night there were kids running up and down the hallway. I've stayed here before and never had a bad experience but this time was not enjoyable at all

Great stay. Good location for anyone wanting to see a sports game or concert. The Olympic park is great. Excellent playgrounds and skate park for kids, loads of space for bike riding, scooters, etc. Really great park 5 minute drive from the hotel, down near the ferry terminal. It's just behind Silverwater gaol but it's a pretty area by the river, with a cafe and train ride available in the Defence area. A few restaurants and bars in the area and only a fifteen to twenty minute drive to Darling Harbour (if the traffic is good) which is an easy option for all variations on food. I also had a small issue on check in (there was no booking showing in their system) and this was not a problem for the reception staff at all, it was quickly fixed up without fuss. Overall, a good stay and I would definitely stay there again.
