Pros: property is centrally located, lots of choices for dining and shopping around the area, close to major attractions and transport. Hassle free check in and check out . Value for money. Cons: the family room we were in was a bit dated, the window blind was broken and cannot be adjusted.

Great location - an easy walk to many downtown places. Lots of eating and shopping options nearby. Family room was perfect for our family of 5, except that $100/night for a rollaway cot seemed quite expensive. Room was very clean, housekeeping was excellent, staff were friendly, buffet breakfast was good. Would stay again!

Our family stay here was great, and the location is fantastic for exploring Sydney. Parking our car for our stay wasn't a pleasant extra though.

For more of a business hotel it was really nice and friendly it was family friendly even tho it didn’t have a pool it was nice and comfortable. The house keeping were really nice and polite and always welcoming and helpful they definitely had a lot in making the place feel friendly. The front of house staff were very friendly and always welcoming and wanted to help whenever possible. I would definitely stay with the Rydges again with no worries.

Overall we had a great stay with the team at Rydges World Square. We took our kids up which made us a family of 5. Their family rooms were good (interconnecting room). Nice and clean, modern facilities. Staff were very friendly and tried their best to assist with getting issues fixed. Negatives were that we had said we were a family of 5, but there was only a king and 2 x single beds so the little one was in with us. The AC in the kids room worked well, but in the other room it was only blowing out cold air, after a number of calls to reception there was no fix for this, would have been nice to have this sorted or some sort of compensation

The lock to the bathroom was not working well and was extremely difficult for the kids to use. All other amenities were fabulous. The bar could have stayed open a little later on a sunday of a public holiday. Otherwise fabulous and will stay again
