Wonderful hotel with great friendly staff. Beautiful views and very close to transport and restaurants. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Highly recommended for stay with family and we hope to stay here again.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The reception were very pleasant and polite when we arrived. Took our dog for a walk only to come back to a comfy bed for our furbaby and water/food bowls- this hotel loves dogs! The food was delicious, location was a dream, the view of the Harbour Bridge was spectacular. Clean room, comfy bed, definitely would visit again with my husband.

We had an amazing family holiday for the Australia Day long weekend. The staff were friendly, the hotel in a perfect place just a little away from the centre of Sydney and close to public transport, restaurant and bar staff very helpful. Our only issue was the lack of room upgrade offer or wine despite being a Gold Rewards member.

Amazing view of the harbour Bridge, comfortable bed. Only downfall was the car park was closed for NYE, but even if it was open our car didn’t fit as it was very limited on height restrictions. The entire hotel was surrounded by stairs which made it extremely difficult with a baby in a pram! No ramp!!!! How do people in wheelchairs get access??

If you like to sleep, don’t stay here. The hotel sits above a busy train station and it runs from around 4:45am until until 2am. It is so noisy it is terrible. Also stayed in a family room and hot water, if you can call it hot is turned so low you need to enjoy cold showers on a winters morning. When you not able to sleep don’t try to go to lobby to find a place to sit because this is shut off at night and staff can’t explain why. Avoid this hotel, no matter how attractive the photos look.

The family room view of the Sydney Harbour was only visible from the very side of the window. The shower had mould on the walls from poor ventilation. The 6th floor was very noisy from street and train. Parking was offsite which was a little annoying and still the full price. Overall the stay was pleasant and staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I booked the corner room for my mom's birthday for the view of the sydney bridge and the waters but it turned out the view is to the other north sydney side (well you could still see sydney bridge on the very right corner), it was not clearly indicated in the description and when i asked the reception, i was told only the family room has that iconic view. It is still a nice stay but it would be better if the description is clear so we could book what we wanted.
