Staff were friendly and approachable. Beds were comfortable. Aircons new. Negetives were there was not enough plates to guest ratio in room and crockery was mismatched, outdated and all plates chipped. Drawers in kitchen were dirty with crumbs and dead insects. Outdoor furniture in ill repair and no extra toilet paper other than a 1/4 roll in bathrooms not enough a family. Overall it was ok for a weekend stay.

The family room we stayed was excellent, spacious. Very clean and equipped with requirements for our stay. And also located in a good place! Will definitely come back if we pass Wollongong again!
