The staff members Peter and Josh were so amazing! Will definitely stay here again when we return to Coffs. The pool was perfect for our kids. Great location. Thank you

Staff were nice & friendly enough and room reasonably clean but the kids pool which is close to all rooms was open until 9pm with kids screaming until then. The bed mattress was terrible and ended up trying to sleep on the floor. Then heavy pounding on the ceiling above us with kids obviously let running in the room above from 4:30am. Left the hotel at 5am with almost no sleep.

Very quick check in the ladies at the frount counter were welcoming place was extremely clean and had a nice pool area for the kids

This was perfect for our overnight stay in Coffs! We were very comfortable and the staff were really friendly. Our room was quite large for our family of 4. We would stay again.

We had a great stay as a family - the room was set up nicely for us. We did have an issue with children in the unit above us, running around heavily till 11pm, but that was a personal issue with the people in that room at that time. No other issues - we would recommend the hotel.

Our family of 5 stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment/townhouse. The staff member at checkin was so kind, the room was perfect (our kids thought it was the coolest hotel room ever), everything was clean, and the location had a lot of restaurants nearby to grab dinner. This was just a quick stopover on our road trip, but I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed during school holidays and appeared couples with children were provided the darkest, dimmest rooms, furtherest from the pool and restaurant. The room was pleasant but tired and the bathroom was designed like a hospital's - not great when trying to have a special stop over with a 7yo and a 14yo.
